Privacy
Make AI Funny uses an anonymous browser identifier to remember which jokes you have seen, prevent duplicate voting, and unlock the leaderboard. We do not require an account, name, or email address.
Information we collect
We store jokes shown to you, your funny/not-funny votes, reports, share actions, and basic security events. Age range and country or cultural background are optional. We also record model, token, cost, latency, and prompt-version information about generated jokes.
How we use it
We use this information to improve AI joke prompts, compare model performance, calculate leaderboards, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Demographic information is used for aggregate analysis and is not displayed with individual votes.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and security services. OpenRouter routes joke-generation requests to the selected AI provider. We do not send your optional demographic profile to the AI models.
Retention and choices
Joke and voting records may be retained to preserve historical results. Security data is retained only as needed to prevent abuse. Clearing your site cookies creates a new anonymous browser identity; it does not automatically delete existing aggregate records.
